Coach

Jeremey Tate

My journey into fitness began with wrestling in high school, where I first discovered my passion for strength training. Realizing that this passion could evolve into a fulfilling career, I embarked on a path of personal training. However, I soon recognized that I wanted to offer my clients more than just workouts I wanted to deliver transformative results.

The turning point in my career was discovering CrossFit. Its unique blend of gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and endurance exercises immediately resonated with me, leading me to pursue my CrossFit Level 1 certification. Integrating CrossFit into my training approach was a game-changer, enabling my clients to achieve significant improvements in performance.

As I began coaching at local gyms, I identified another crucial factor for success in nutrition. By incorporating personalized nutrition tracking, I was able to unlock even greater potential in my athletes, driving their progress to new heights.

With over 10 years of full-time CrossFit coaching experience, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and growth. I’ve earned my CrossFit Level 3 certification and completed numerous advanced courses to ensure I deliver the highest quality coaching. My mission is to empower athletes to reach their fullest potential, helping them achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.

The turning point in my life came when I first read the book “Mindset” Growing up, school was a struggle for me reading and writing never came easily, which left me feeling frustrated and doubting my own potential. I started to believe that I would have to settle, thinking I wasn’t smart enough to continue my education.

However, when I decided to pursue a career in personal training and coaching, I knew I had to dive deep into my certification materials. Learning wasn’t easy, but I realized that with enough effort, I could overcome those challenges. “Mindset” transformed the way I viewed not just my own limitations but also how I could help others overcome theirs.

It’s incredibly liberating to know that our possibilities are only limited by our perspective. Now, I don’t just coach; I guide others to break free from their self-imposed limitations, just as I did.

My purpose in coaching is to empower individuals to reach their goals whether that’s losing weight, achieving their first muscle-up, or simply living a healthier, pain-free life with the freedom to move confidently. I’m passionate about guiding my athletes to unlock their potential, no matter where they start.

My motivation comes from witnessing progress, no matter how small. Whether it’s improving someone’s rowing technique, enhancing their squat form, or helping them lift a weight they never thought possible, these victories fuel my drive and inspire me to keep learning and evolving as a coach.
