Each 60-minute class is designed to push your strength and conditioning, regardless of your athletic or fitness background.
We kick things off with strength work using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. Think strict presses, goblet squats, RDLs - movements that build muscle, support longevity, and carry over to life outside the gym.
Then it’s time to pick the pace up a bit. The second half of class is a faster-paced, high-intensity workout geared to get your heart rate up and increase your work capacity.
Expect sleds, slamballs, burpees, and more.
